MY GUARANTEE:
I strive to offer my guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your haircut, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I will gladly make any necessary adjustments at no additional charge. Please note that I cannot guarantee haircuts if hair was in a ponytail, hat, etc. as I cannot get a true reading of the hair.

CANCELLATIONS + NO SHOWS:​
Time is one of our most valuable assets. No shows and cancellations the day of appointment may be charged the full amount of the scheduled appointment to the card on file. Cancellation within 24 hours may be charged half of the scheduled appointment. To avoid any charges, I ask that you please give at least 48 hours notice for cancellations so your slot has a chance to refill. In the event that you are late, we get done what we can in that time.

ARRIVING:​
On the day of your appointment, please arrive on time so that you are sure to receive the best possible service and to help keep me on schedule. Don't forget to allow time for parking as it can be challenging in the neighborhood. If for unforeseen reasons you are late, I will certainly do my best to accommodate you.
